Letting go

According to Oxford Online Dictionary, letting go is a figurative/ metaphoric expression meaning you must let the past go.
This expression is quite often recommended by our friends, relative, or anyone to make us move on in our life. When we are down, troubled or confused about something, sometimes it is caused by a burden that we carry on our shoulder everywhere.

It seems pretty easy to understand that we must let go the burden which can be our past, wish, sadness, fear, family matters, etc (you name it) but it is hard to be done. Maybe we need a lot of time to say, "I am done with it. Enough!!!" and we put our burden down, and go on as a free person. It looks like we "enjoy" to be the prisoner of our burden.

We can speak out "Enough!" when we have suffered badly and cannot resist with it and we admit that we are weakened by the burden.

It is our choice to start saying enough to our burden, start letting go of them and be a free person. A person who can seize the day, whatever and however it is because there is nothing that can take our day from us except us ourselves. Carpe diem.
